Xxxxxxx Letter of Credit definition

Xxxxxxx Letter of Credit means that certain Standby Letter of Credit No. F851676 in the original face amount of $380,000, issued by SunTrust Bank for the account of Xxxxxxx and naming Administrative Agent as beneficiary thereunder, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A-5, as such Letter of Credit may be amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time, and including, without limitation, all substitutions therefor, amendments thereof and modifications or extensions thereof.
Xxxxxxx Letter of Credit means standby letter of credit no. SAS224663 issued by Bank for the account of GCI and for the benefit of Xxxxxxx-77, Ltd., as defined more fully in Section 2.2(b) hereof.
Xxxxxxx Letter of Credit means the standby letter of credit issued by Deutsche Bank AG upon an application by NRIPL in favor of Xxxxxxx in the amount of US$406,561 with the expiration date of 1 October 2023, including any renewals, amendments and replacements thereof;

  • Other than the Xxxxxxx Letter of Credit, each Letter of Credit shall be subject to the additional terms and conditions of the Letter of Credit Agreement and related documents, if any, required by Bank in connection with the issuance thereof.

  • Trade Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit that is issued under the Letter of Credit Facility for the benefit of a supplier of inventory to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to effect payment for such Inventory.

  • U.S. Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit issued hereunder for the purpose of providing credit support for any U.S. Borrower, any Domestic Subsidiary or any Foreign Subsidiary.
