Grandchild means a child of the employee’s child.
Stepchild means a child of the surviving, deceased, or former spouse of the testator or of the donor of a power of appointment, who is not the testator's or donor's child.
Grandparent means the parent of an Employee’s Parent.
Sibling means each of two (2) or more children having a parent in common by blood, adoption, marriage, or foster care.
Stepparent means a person who is not the parent of the dependent child, but is the legal spouse of the dependent child’s parent by ceremonial or common-law marriage.
Child means a person under the age of 18 years;
Descendant of an individual means all of the individual's descendants of all generations, with the relationship of parent and child at each generation being determined by the definition of child and parent contained in this section.
Siblings means brothers or sisters. They are defined as children with at least one natural or adoptive parent in common, living at the same or a different address. Children living permanently in the same household at the same address would also be counted as siblings, regardless of their actual relationship to each other. To qualify as a sibling a child must be on the roll of the school in question at the date of application, allocation and admission.
Mother means the mother or expectant mother of the child.
Child or Children means a child or children unmarried
Lineal Descendant means a child, grandchild, great grandchild, etc., and shall include only lineal descendants by and through birth, or by legal adoption of an individual who has not attained age 18. The term shall also include individuals so born or adopted after the date of this Agreement.
Child/Children means persons who are of an age of two years and above but who are less than 12 years of age;
Children means all dependants named on a policy (not including spouse).
Unborn child means the offspring of human beings from conception until birth.
Father means the male, biological parent of a child.
Foster child means a child who has been removed from his or her home pursuant to Section 309 of the Welfare and Institutions Code (“WIC”), is the subject of a petition filed under Section 300 or 602 of the WIC, or has been removed from his or her home and is the subject of a petition filed under WIC section 300 or 602.
Xxxxxxx Group means (a) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family and (b) any Related Person of any such member.
Indian child means any unmarried person who is under age eighteen and is either (a) a member of an Indian tribe or (b) is eligible for membership in an Indian tribe and is the biological child of a member of an Indian tribe;
Family Member means spouse, father, mother, child, father-in-law, mother-in-law, daughter-in-law or son-in-law.
Minor child means a biological or adopted child of the
Immediate Family Members means, with respect to any individual, such individual’s child, stepchild, grandchild or more remote descendant, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, former spouse, qualified domestic partner, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law and daughter-in-law (including adoptive relationships) and any trust, partnership or other bona fide estate-planning vehicle the only beneficiaries of which are any of the foregoing individuals or any private foundation or fund that is controlled by any of the foregoing individuals or any donor-advised fund of which any such individual is the donor.

Xxxxxxx Rule means Section 13 of the U.S. Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended, and the applicable rules and regulations thereunder.
Immediate Family Member means a child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law, including adoptive relationships, of a natural person referred to herein.
