The Parties agree that the terms of the Joint Defense Agreements shall govern all communications between the Parties with respect to this Agreement or the Xxxxxxxx Litigation, ensuring that all communications between the Parties related to such proceedings are protected by all applicable privileges, including but not limited to the attorney- client privilege, the work product doctrine, the self-critical examination privilege, the trade secret doctrine, and the common interest privilege.
