Yearly Amounts definition

Yearly Amounts means the aggregate of the Rent, Outgoings and any other moneys payable by the Lessee during the Term.

Examples of Yearly Amounts in a sentence

  • Rent payments The Lessee shall not be required to make any payments on account of Rent for the first twelve (12) months of the Term of the Lease (from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024) provided the Lessee must continue to pay all other Yearly Amounts during this time.

  • Early Amortization Period means the period commencing on the date on which a Trust Early Amortization Event or a Series 2009-VFN Early Amortization Event is deemed to occur and ending on the Series Termination Date.

  • Quarterly Payment Dates means each March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.

  • Daily Amount means, in respect of a DMA and a Daily Calculation Period, the Daily Gain or Daily Loss for such DMA and Daily Calculation Period.

  • Early Amortization Event means the occurrence of any of the following:

  • Early Payment Date (k means the "Early Payment Date (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Minimum Monthly Payment for any Mortgage Loan and any month means the minimum amount required to be paid by the related mortgagor in that month.

  • Early Termination Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, these Conditions or the relevant Final Terms;

  • Remaining Scheduled Payments means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Note, all payments of such Called Principal and interest thereon that would be due after the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal if no payment of such Called Principal were made prior to its scheduled due date, provided that if such Settlement Date is not a date on which interest payments are due to be made under the Notes, then the amount of the next succeeding scheduled interest payment will be reduced by the amount of interest accrued to such Settlement Date and required to be paid on such Settlement Date pursuant to Section 8.2 or Section 12.1.

  • Scheduled Payment Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Termination Payment Date means the date on which the RECIPIENT is required to repay to ECOLOGY any outstanding balance of the loan and all accrued interest.

  • Payment Due Date means the date by which the Date of Payment must occur, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 504.3 through 504.5 of this Exhibit, in order for NYSERDA not to be liable for interest pursuant to Section 504.6.

  • Termination Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(a).
