Yearly Rent definition

Yearly Rent in respect of a mining lease, means the yearly rent that would have been payable under the Mineral Resources Act 1989 if the lease had been created on the date fixed by the chief executive pursuant to this Act as the date at which all lands in the area in which the lease is situated are required to be valued.

Examples of Yearly Rent in a sentence

  • Such monthly estimated payments shall be made commencing on the aforesaid date and otherwise at the same time and in the same manner as Tenant’s monthly payments of Yearly Rent.

  • In the event of any such termination, this Lease and the Term hereof shall expire as of such effective termination date as though that were the Expiration Date as stated in Exhibit 1, and the Yearly Rent (together with Operating Costs Excess and Tax Excess) shall be apportioned as of such date.

  • In such event, after such Yearly Rent is determined, the parties shall execute a written agreement confirming the same.

  • If any part thereof shall be sold, then Landlord may receive and retain the proceeds of such sale and apply the same, at its option, against the expenses of the sale, the cost of moving and storage, any arrears of Yearly Rent, additional or other charges payable hereunder by Tenant to Landlord and any damages to which Landlord may be entitled under Article 21 hereof or pursuant to law.

  • Commencing on the Rent Commencement Date and continuing throughout the Term, Tenant shall pay the Yearly Rent and other charges, at the rate for Yearly Rent stated in Exhibit 1, to Landlord monthly, in advance, without demand on the first day of each month.
