Yield Maintenance Payment definition

Yield Maintenance Payment. The payment remitted to the Securities Administrator by the Yield Maintenance Provider under the related Yield Maintenance Agreement.
Yield Maintenance Payment. With respect to each Distribution Date, any payment received by the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust Fund, from the Yield Maintenance Agreement Provider pursuant to the terms of the Yield Maintenance Agreement, with respect to such Distribution Date, provided that such payment shall not include any payment received by the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust Fund, that is a Yield Maintenance Agreement Termination Payment, except as set forth in Section 4.09(e).

More Definitions of Yield Maintenance Payment

Yield Maintenance Payment. With respect to any Yield Maintenance Agreement and any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, distributed to the Trustee by the Yield Maintenance Provider pursuant to each such Yield Maintenance Agreement for the related Class or Classes of Adjustable Rate Certificates and such Distribution Date. Yield Maintenance Provider: Bear Stearns Financial Products Inc. or any successor in interest.
Yield Maintenance Payment. For any Class of Class A Certificates and for any Distribution Date from and including the Distribution Date in January 2006 to and including the Final Yield Maintenance Payment Date, the lesser of (a) the Carryover Shortfall Amount for such Class for such Distribution Date and (b) such Class’ pro rata share of the Yield Maintenance Available Payment Amount for such Distribution Date (such pro rata share calculated based on an allocation of such Yield Maintenance Available Payment Amount among the Class A Certificates pro rata according to Carryover Shortfall Amount).
Yield Maintenance Payment means an amount equal to the positive difference between (a) the present value, computed at the Reinvestment Rate, of the stream of monthly principal and interest payments in effect under the applicable Note(s) as of the Effective Date from the date of prepayment through the Maturity Date, and (b) the outstanding principal balance of such Note(s) as of the date of prepayment; provided, however, if such difference is a negative number, the Yield Maintenance Payment shall be zero.
