The Authority’s Engineer shall, within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the Monthly Maintenance Statement from the Contractor pursuant to Clause 19.6 of Model EPC Agreement, verify the Contractor’s monthly statement and certify the amount to be paid to the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.
