Your Data definition

Your Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.

Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You as and to the extent it resides in the Service.

Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

Examples of Your Data in a sentence

• The above defense and indemnification obligations do not apply to the extent a Claim Against You arises from (x) Your Data or a Non-SOMA Application, (y) Your use of the Services in violation of this Agreement, the Documentation or applicable Order Forms, or (z) your customization or configuration of the Services or any customization or configuration of the Services provided by Us at your direction.

• We will maintain commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality, and integrity of Your Data.

• We are not responsible for any disclosure, modification or deletion of Your Data resulting from access or use by any Non-SOMA Application or its provider, if our interface did not contribute to the cause of the disclosure, modification or deletion of your data.

• You are solely responsible for complying with any applicable laws and regulations regarding the processing or transferring of Your Data while using the Services.

• Those safeguards will include, but will not be limited to, measures designed to prevent access, use, modification, or disclosure of Your Data by Our personnel except (a) to provide the Services and prevent or address service or technical problems, (b) to improve our Services, (c) as compelled by law in accordance with Section 7.3 (Compelled Disclosure) below, or (d) as You expressly permit in writing.

More Definitions of Your Data

Your Data means electronic data and information submitted by or for You to the Purchased Services or collected and processed by or for You using the Purchased Services.

Your Data means electronic data and information submitted by or for Customer to the Services, excluding Content and Non- SmartSimple Applications.

Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You as and to the extent it resides in the Platform or SFDC Service.

Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Services, including all text, photographs, caricatures, illustrations, designs, charts, graphs, icons, articles, audio clips, video clips, and other materials posted, emailed, transmitted, created, or otherwise utilized by You or Your Users while interacting with the Service.

Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted or stored by You or Your Customers to the Infrastructure. It is understood that the only data that We can return to You upon termination of services is data previously available to You via a currently exposed data retrieval method.

Your Data means data, files, or information accessed, used, communicated, stored, or submitted by You or Your Users related to Your or Your User’s use of the Services or Software.

Your Data means any data, content, code, video, images or other materials of any type that you upload, submit or otherwise transmit to or through Hosted Services. You will retain all right, title and interest in and to Your Data in the form provided to Digital Samba. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you hereby grant to Digital Samba a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to (a) collect, use, copy, store, transmit, modify and create derivative works of Your Data, in each case solely to the extent necessary to provide the applicable Hosted Service to you and (b) for Hosted Services that enable you to share Your Data or interact with other people, to distribute and publicly perform and display Your Data as you (or your users) direct or enable through the Hosted Service. Digital Samba may also access your account or instance in order to respond to your support requests.
