Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.
Cardholder Data means a User’s individual credit or debit card cardholder name, number, expiration date, the Card Security Code/Card Verification Value/Card Validation Code/Card Authentication Value, or Card Identification Number/Card Authentication Value 2/Card Validation Code 2/Card Verification Value 2.
Cardholder Data means any information about an identifiable Cardholder, including Transaction Records as well as any information used to authenticate a Transaction such as, but not limited to, payment card number, payment card expiration date, Personal Identification Number (PIN), Card Verification Value (CVV), Card Verification Value2 (CVV2), passwords, pass phrases, digital certificates, and biometric authentication mechanisms.

Cardholder Data means (i) all Cardholder Lists and (ii) all personally identifiable information about a Cardholder or Applicant received by or on behalf of Bank (including by Company as servicer) in connection with the Cardholder’s application for or use of a Credit Card or Account or otherwise obtained by or on behalf of Bank (including by Company as servicer), including all transaction and experience information collected by or on behalf of Bank (including by Company as servicer) with regard to each purchase charged by a Cardholder using his or her Credit Card.

Upon request, the Contractor is required to provide information regarding the location of where services, data storage, and location of data processing under the Master Agreement will be performed.
