Unless it has been specifically agreed in writing by You and Us, We may utilise any space/volume/capacity on Our vehicles that is not occupied by Your Goods for consignments of Our other customers or other customers of Subcontractors.
However, it is a condition of this Licence that Your Goods must remain insured at all times while they are in storage and You must supply Us with evidence of taking out such insurance cover before this contract can be signed.
Unless the Operator otherwise agrees, You must keep Your Goods in Your Space insured on terms reasonably satisfactory to the Operator and provide evidence of the insurance to the Operator whenever requested by the Operator.
