Your Goods definition

Your Goods means any item or thing which You bring onto the Premises or which is kept in Your Space;
Your Goods means any item or thing which You bring onto the Premises or which is kept in Your Space; Your Space means the storage unit(s) or other area(s) described in the Agreement or a New Space in accordance with clause 2.3;

Examples of Your Goods in a sentence

  • If You ask Us in writing to arrange insurance cover for You We will, provided You declare the full replacement value of Your Goods and pay the premium in advance.

  • In the event that damage to Goods arises from the transport vehicle being damaged by flood, fire, collision or overturning and We are compensated by Our insurer for the damage to Your Goods, Your compensation will be limited by the amount of Our insurance payment.

  • Unless it has been specifically agreed in writing by You and Us, We may utilise any space/volume/capacity on Our vehicles that is not occupied by Your Goods for consignments of Our other customers or other customers of Subcontractors.

  • However, it is a condition of this Licence that Your Goods must remain insured at all times while they are in storage and You must supply Us with evidence of taking out such insurance cover before this contract can be signed.

  • Unless the Operator otherwise agrees, You must keep Your Goods in Your Space insured on terms reasonably satisfactory to the Operator and provide evidence of the insurance to the Operator whenever requested by the Operator.

Related to Your Goods

  • Hire Goods means any Goods which are hired to the Customer;

  • White Goods means inoperative and discarded refrigerators, ranges, washers, water heaters, freezers, and other similar domestic and commercial large appliances.

  • The Goods means all of the supplies, equipment, machinery, spare parts, other materials and/or general support services which the Supplier is required to provide to the Procuring Entity under the Contract.
