Your Marks definition

Your Marks means the trademarks and service marks, including any logos, that You use for marketing purposes as described in Section 4.5.
Your Marks means Your customary name and logo, and such other trademarks as You may from time to time notify Payment Gateway to be “Your Marks” within the meaning of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Payment Gateway Marks” means Payment Gateway customary name and logo, and such other trademarks as Payment Gateway may from time to time notify You to be “Payment Gateway Marks” within the meaning of this Agreement.
Your Marks means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos and other similar identifiers, and domain names associated with operation of Your Market.

Examples of Your Marks in a sentence

  • Title to and ownership of Your Marks and all goodwill arising from any use hereunder will remain with you.

  • You represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant PayPal the right to use Your Marks and you shall indemnify PayPal and keep PayPal fully indemnified on a continuing basis from any claims or losses suffered by it arising from the use of Your Marks in connection with the Products.

  • We will use Your Marks consistent with any published guidelines with respect to such use that you provide to us.

  • It is acknowledged that You own certain rights, title and interest in and to certain trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, and other graphic images (collectively, “Your Marks”) and it is acknowledged and agreed that Your Marks constitute valuable intellectual property held by You and protected by law.

  • Nothing in this Agreement transfers to Us any rights or ownership in or to Your Marks.

  • You represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant PayPal the right to use Your Marks and you shall indemnify PayPal and keep PayPal fully indemnified on a continuing basis from any claims or losses suffered by it arising from the use of Your Marks in connection with the Services.

  • We may use Your Marks to create a co- branded Site as part of delivery of the Services if so indicated in the Order.


More Definitions of Your Marks

Your Marks means your trade names, trademarks, trade symbols, service marks, logos, and other proprietary marks.
Your Marks means the service ▇▇▇▇(s), service or trade name(s), logo(s), and other designations associated with the URLs that You use the Services to support, enable or promote. MUTUAL INDEMNIFICATION

Related to Your Marks

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Product Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials.
