Privacy means a specific area or time over which the resident maintains a large degree of control. Privacy is supported with services that are delivered with respect for the resident's civil rights.
The HIPAA Privacy Rule means the Standards for Privacy of Individually 10 Identifiable Health Information at 45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164, Subparts A and E.
Mass Privacy Act is defined in Section 9.2 hereof.
Data Privacy Laws means any state or national law or regulation protecting the privacy, confidentiality, or security of Personal Information.
Your Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.
Company Privacy Policy means each external or internal, past or present privacy policy of the Company, including any policy relating to (i) the privacy of users of the Company Products or of any Company Website, (ii) the collection, storage, disclosure, and transfer of any User Data or Personal Data, and (iii) any employee information.
Insider Trading Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the purchase, sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by Directors, Officers, Employees or other service providers who may possess material, nonpublic information regarding the Company or its securities.
Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.
HIPAA Privacy Rule means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services to protect the privacy of Protected Health Information, including, but not limited to, 45 CFR Part 160 and 45 CFR Part 164, Subpart A and Subpart E.
Information Privacy and Security Laws means all applicable laws concerning the privacy, data protection, transfer, or security of Personal Confidential Information, including, to the extent applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU), other state, and federal, data security laws, data breach notification laws, and consumer protection laws.
Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website;
Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.
Trading Policy means the Company’s policy permitting certain individuals to sell Company shares only during certain “window” periods and/or otherwise restricts the ability of certain individuals to transfer or encumber Company shares, as in effect from time to time.
Privacy Policies means all published, posted and written internal policies, procedures, agreements and notices with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.
GLBA means, collectively, Title V — Privacy of the Gramm—Xxxxx—Xxxxxx Act, P.L. 106—102, the Privacy Regulations and implementing regulations promulgated thereunder, and the standards for safeguarding customer information set forth in 12 CFR Part 364 and 16 CFR Part 314, all as they may be amended, supplemented and/or interpreted in writing from time to time by any federal Regulatory Authority.
Insider Trading Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.
Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.
Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.
Privacy Act means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
FCRA means Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 1681, et seq. and Equal Credit Opportunity Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 1681, et seq.
Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.
Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).
FOIA means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under this Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such legislation.
Business Associate means the Contractor.
Information Privacy Principles means the information privacy principles set out in the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
CPNI means information that relates to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, and amount of a Telecommunications Service subscribed to by any customer of a Telecommunications Carrier, and that is made available to the carrier by the customer solely by virtue of the carrier customer relationship; and information contained in the bills pertaining to telephone exchange service or telephone toll service received by a customer of a carrier.
