ZEDE Organic Law definition

ZEDE Organic Law means articles 294, 303 and 329 of the Constitution of the Republic of Honduras and Decree 120-2013 of the National Congress of Honduras.

  • Public organic record means a record that is available to the public for inspection and is:

  • Non-Methane Organic Gases or “NMOG” means the total mass of oxygenated and non-oxygenated hydrocarbon emissions.

  • Indian organization means the governing body of any Indian tribe or entity established or recognized by the governing body of an Indian tribe for the purposes of 25 U.S.C., chapter 17.

  • Managed Care Organization (MCO) means a contracted health delivery system providing capitated or prepaid health services, also known as a Prepaid Health Plan (PHP). An MCO is responsible for providing, arranging, and making reimbursement arrangements for covered services as governed by state and federal law. An MCO may be a Chemical Dependency Organization (CDO), Dental Care Organization (DCO), Mental Health Organization (MHO), or Physician Care Organization (PCO).

  • Organic Waste means such type of Solid Waste that can be degraded by micro- organisms, but shall not include Excluded Wastes;

  • Business organization means an individual, partnership, association, joint stock company, trust, corporation or other legal business entity or successor thereof.

  • Managed care organization means an entity that (1) is under contract with the department to provide services to Medicaid recipients and (2) meets the definition of “health maintenance organization” as defined in Iowa Code section 514B.1.

  • Religious organization means a church, ecclesiastical corporation, or group, not organized for pecuniary profit, that gathers for mutual support and edification in piety or worship of a supreme deity.

  • Electronic Transactions Law means the Electronic Transactions Law (2003 Revision) of the Cayman Islands.

  • Phone/Electronic Transaction means any (1) redemption of shares issued by an Investment Company, (2) election concerning dividend options available to Fund shareholders, (3) exchange of shares in a registered account of one Fund into shares in an identically registered account of another Fund in the same complex pursuant to exchange privileges of the two Funds, or (4) purchase of shares issued by an Investment Company, which redemption, election, exchange or purchase is requested by voice over the telephone or through an Electronic Transmission.

  • Constituent organization means an organization that is party to a merger.

  • ADR Organization means The American Arbitration Association or, if The American Arbitration Association no longer exists or if its ADR Rules would no longer permit mediation or arbitration, as applicable, of the dispute, another nationally recognized mediation or arbitration organization selected by the Sponsor.

  • Designated domestic violence agency means a county-wide organization with a primary purpose to provide services to victims of domestic violence, and which provides services that conform to the core domestic violence services profile as defined by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency in the Department of Children and Families and is under contract with the division for the express purpose of providing the services.

  • Manager-managed limited liability company means a limited liability company that is managed by

  • Volatile organic compound (VOC) means any organic compound as well as the fraction of creosote, having at 293.15 K a vapour pressure of 0.01 kPa or more, or having a corresponding volatility under the particular conditions of use;

  • Volatile organic compounds or “VOC” means any compound of carbon, excluding carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, carbonic acid, metallic carbides or carbonates, and ammonium carbonate, which participates in atmospheric photochemical reactions.

  • Foreign organization means an organization created under laws other than the laws of this state for a purpose for which an organization may be created under the laws of this state.
