Ziply Fiber means Northwest Fiber, LLC and any of its affiliates and subsidiarieswho are providing the Services, all doing business as “Ziply Fiber”, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents.

Examples of Ziply Fiber in a sentence

  • Ziply Fiber makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free or that the Ziply Equipment will operate as intended.

  • This section applies only to those customers who subscribe to Telephone Services from Ziply Fiber.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Ziply Fiber does not make any warranty as to the security of your communications or that third parties will not gain unauthorized access to or monitor your computers or online or voice communications.

  • If Ziply Fiber changes its equipment requirements with respect to any Service, you acknowledge that you may not be able to receive such Services using your equipment.

  • You agree that none of the parties listed in this paragraph shall be responsible for any third-party claims that arise from use of the Services or the Ziply Equipment and you agree to reimburse Ziply Fiber for all costs and expenses related to the defense, settlement or judgment with respect to any such claims.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.

  • Diatomaceous earth filtration means a process resulting in substantial particulate removal in which a precoat cake of diatomaceous earth filter media is deposited on a support membrane (septum), and while the water is filtered by passing through the cake on the septum, additional filter media known as body feed is continuously added to the feed water to maintain the permeability of the filter cake.

  • Biological safety cabinet means a containment unit suitable for the preparation of low to moderate risk agents where there is a need for protection of the product, personnel, and environment, according to National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) Standard 49.
