Zone Council definition

Zone Council means a Zone Council appointed under Regulation 4.1 of these Regulation as varied from time to time;

Examples of Zone Council in a sentence

  • Any vacancy occurring in the membership of the Sea Urchin Zone Council including one created by reason of resignation, ineligibility, or death shall be filled by the candidate from the most recent election who received the second greatest number of votes.

  • Town Council means a Town Council established under the Town Councils Act (Cap. 329A);

  • Council means the Council of the Municipality;

  • the Council Regulation means Council Regulation (E.C.) No. 2201/2003 of 27th November 2003 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in matrimonial matters and matters of parental responsibility;

  • regional council means a regional council established under section 2 of the Regional Councils Act, 1992 (Act 22 of 1992);

  • municipal council or "council" means the council of a municipality referred to in section 18 of the Municipal Structures Act;

  • Advisory council means the developmental disabilities advisory

  • Natural Resources Assistance Council means the natural resources assistance council created pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 164.21 as well as its members and officers.
