Zoompart Succession definition

Zoompart Succession means the assignment by I.I.I., and the assumption by Zoompart, of all of I.I.I.’s rights and obligations under the Credit Agreement in a manner consistent with the relevant provisions of, and as provided under, the Credit Agreement.
Zoompart Succession means the accession of Zoompart to all the rights and obligations of I.I.I. under each of the Loan Documents and each of the Acquisition Documents as and to the extent then in effect pursuant to Section 8.08 hereof.
