Contract Assignment. Neither Party shall have the right to transfer or assign to third parties this Agreement, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the other Party, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Infront may freelyassign this Agreement to any affiliated or subsidiary corporate body of its group, or to any successor by way of amalgamation.
