Independent Contractors. This Agreement does not appoint either Party the agent of the other, or create a partnership, joint venture or similar relationship between the Parties, and neither Party shall have the power to obligate or bind the other or to create a liability against the other in any manner or for any purpose whatsoever other than as expressly provided for herein. The Parties hereto shall act in all respects as independent contractors.
