Miscellaneous Terms. 14.1 Modification. Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, effective upon publishing an updated version of this Agreement on the online portal available to you on the Uber Services. Company reserves the right to modify any information referenced at hyperlinks from this Agreement from time to time. You hereby acknowledge and agree that, by using the Uber Services, or downloading, installing or using the Driver App, you are bound by any future amendments and additions to this Agreement, information referenced at hyperlinks herein, or documents incorporated herein, including with respect to Fare Calculations. Continued use of the Uber Services or Driver App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that, by using the Uber Services, or downloading, installing or using the Driver App, Customer is bound by any future amendments and additions to this Agreement, information referenced at hyperlinks herein, or documents incorporated herein, including with respect to Fare Calculations. Continued use of the Uber Services or Driver App after any such changes shall constitute Customer’s consent to such changes.
