Assignment. This Agreement may not be assigned, nor may any of Your obligations under this Agreement be delegated, in whole or in part, by You by operation of law, merger, or any other means without Apple’s express prior written consent and any attempted assignment without such consent will be null and void.
Assignment. Neither Party may assign, novate or otherwise transfer this Agreement or any of its rights, benefits, obligations and/or liabilities under the Agreement to any third party without the prior written consent of the other Party.
Assignment. Neither this Agreement nor any rights or obligations under this Agreement shall be assigned by a Party without the prior written consent of the other Party unless such assignment is required under the applicable laws. For the purposes of this Agreement “Affiliate” means, in relation to any Person, a subsidiary of MIBGAS, a subsidiary of a subsidiary of MIBGAS, a holding company of MIBGAS or any subsidiary of that holding company.
Assignment. The Buyer shall not assign to any person or entity all or a portion of its rights or obligations under the Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of the Company, in its sole discretion, and any attempted assignment without that consent shall be void. The Company may assign its rights under the Terms and Conditions without the consent of the Buyer in the event that the Company shall effect a reorganization, consolidate with or merge into any other corporation, partnership, organization or other entity, or transfer all or substantially all of its properties or assets to any other corporation, partnership, organization or other entity. However, in any other circumstances the Company, prior written notice to the Buyer, may transfer its rights under and subject to the terms of Contract.
Assignment. The Contractor shall not assign, transfer, pledge or make other disposition of this Contract or any part thereof, or any of the Contractor's rights, claims or obligations under this Contract except with the prior written consent of UNDP.
Assignment. Customer is not entitled to assign any of the rights and obligations of this Agreement without prior written approval by Service Provider unless the corresponding claim is a monetary claim.

Assignment. The Supplier may not assign its rights and obligations under a PO to any third party without the prior written consent of BOSTON SCIENTIFIC.
Assignment. The rights and obligations of Contract Partner under this Agreement are personal to Contract Partner and may not be assigned or subcontracted to others without Merck written consent. Merck may assign this Agreement in whole or in part without Contract Partner
Assignment. 14.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding contract between You as a Client and Precise El Rompido, as well as for their respective successors. You may not transmit, assign, encumber or otherwise transfer the contract or any rights or obligations hereunder without Precise El Rompido’s prior written consent.
14.2. Precise El Rompido may transmit, assign, encumber, subcontract or in any other way transfer the contract or any of the rights or obligations under the contract at any time during its term. To avoid doubt, such transfers, assignments, encumbrances or other transfers shall not affect the rights, if any, that You have as a consumer by Law or nullify, reduce or otherwise limit any warranties expressed or implied that may have been granted.
