Common use of MONTO DE LA APORTACIÓN Clause in Contracts

MONTO DE LA APORTACIÓN. “LA CRO” en representación de “EL PATROCINADOR” entregará a “EL INSTITUTO” los recursos para llevar a cabo “EL PROTOCOLO”, conforme a los montos y plazos establecidos en el uso de recursos estipulados en el Anexo C, que forma parte integrante del presente Convenio. THREE. AMOUNT OF THE CONTRIBUTION: “THE CRO” on behalf of “THE SPONSOR” will give “THE INSTITUTE” the resources to conduct “THE PROTOCOL” in accordance with the amounts and within the deadlines established for the use of resources agreed in Annex C, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. Dichos recursos se consideran fondos externos y no del Patrimonio del Instituto, por lo que no son gravables y por lo mismo no constituyen base para el pago del Impuesto al Valor Agregado, en términos del artículo 15, fracción XV de la Ley del Impuesto al Valor Agregado, por lo que el presente Convenio servirá como el recibo más amplio que en derecho corresponda de todos los recursos que “EL PATROCINADOR” entregue a “EL INSTITUTO” para llevar a cabo “EL PROTOCOLO”. These resources are considered to be external funds and not the Institute’s Assets, so they are not subject to taxation and therefore not a basis for the payment of Value Added Tax, pursuant to Article 15, section XV of the Value Added Tax Law.
