PAYMENT OF INTEREST. (A) Except for the interest corresponding to the Profit-sharing Component (which shall be settled in accordance with the provisions of subsection 5.4.1(B) below), the interest accruing in each Interest Period shall be settled at the end of that Interest Period, and must be paid by the Borrower to the Fund on the last day of said Interest Period, as provided in Clause 8.1 and without the need for any notification or payment demand.
