This Final Graduation is entitled "Agreement spectacle origin of the liability of the organizer entrepreneur." The same, is composed of five chapters, which are closely related. In the first chapter, the show is described contract; in the second chapter, the implicit security obligation under the contract will be considered; in the third chapter, legislation related to the topic will be discussed; in the fourth chapter, the liability of the employer characterized organizer; and the fifth and final chapter, the most important case law on the subject cases were analyzed.
