Definición de Applicable Law

Applicable Law means all applicable laws, rules, regulations, orders, codes of practice, research governance or ethical guidelines, general manufacturing or laboratory practice guidelines, other requirements of regulatory authorities as well as any export control regulations and sanction control
Applicable Law. The validity and execution of any Purchase Order and this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Argentina. 23.1- Compliance with specific codes and standards. Examples of Applicable Law in a sentence

  • Vehicle and other particular insurance obligations shall also be applicable to this Agreement in accordance with Applicable Law and/or specific requirements that from time-to-time Buyer can notify to Seller.

  • The Parties will jointly decide on the basis of all available information and Applicable Law if the Security Incident will be considered a Data Security Breach and arrange for notification to data subjects and/or government authorities if required by law.
