Commitment charge. The Borrower shall pay to the Lender a commitment charge at the rate of 0,5% per annumon the daily unutilized balance of the Credit from the date of signature of the Agreement (such date being hereinafter referred to as the “Accrual Date”) up to and including the Final Disbursement Date. The commitment charge shall be payable on 30 June and 31 December each year and be calculated on the basis of a 360 day year. If the rate in the world Bank Loan Agreement is lowered to 0,25% per annumand if BITS is informed thereof, the commitment charge hereunder will be reduced to 0,25% per annum.
