Terms of payment. 4.2.1. Unless otherwise agreed, the terms of payment are determined by the Seller’s general conditions of payment or in the Seller’s order cofirmation to the Customer. In the event of delivery from the warehouse, the period of payment commences from the date of the invoice and in the event of delivery from the factory (ex works), from the date of delivery.
