CONFIDENTIALITY OF AGREEMENT. Unless required by law, and except to assert its rights hereunder or for disclosures to its own employees on a "need to know" basis, both parties agree not to disclose to any third party the terms of this Agreement or matters relating hereto without the prior written consent of the other party which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
