GENERAL OBLIGATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS REGARDING DISTRIBUTION. Licensee shall use its best efforts, which shall in no event require Licensee to make any unreasonable efforts, to successfully market and distribute the Bundled Product in the Territory during the term of this Agreement. Licensee shall not develop during the term hereof any product that, in BOLAG's reasonable discretion, competes with the BOLAG Product as it exists on the date BOLAG delivers the Deliverables to Licensee. The parties shall participate in mutually agreeable joint marketing programs for the Bundled Product.
