INVENTIONS. All Inventions are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Licensee. Licensee agrees to disclose such Inventions to BOLAG and shall grant to BOLAG a royalty-free, perpetual, paid-up, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicenseable license to such Inventions, under all of Licensee's intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, patent rights, copyrights, and trade secret rights, to use, modify, distribute, make, have made, and sell BOLAG products. Any such disclosure shall be considered Confidential Information under Article 8.
