PAYMENTS. The parties shall make the payments described in Exhibit A. Overdue payments shall accrue interest, at the lesser of 1,0 % per month or the maximum allowable interest under applicable law, from due date until paid, and the owing party shall pay the owed party's costs of collection (including reasonable attorneys' fees).
PAYMENTS. All payments shall be made in EUROS by wire transfer to a bank and account number designated by BOLAG. Interest shall be payable at the rate of one percent (1%) per month or at the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less, on all overdue and unpaid invoices until paid in full.
