Sucrokselta Viljelijälle laskutetaan kuukausittain ja erääntyvät 15 päivänä sitä kuuta, joka on laskutuksesta seuraava. Myöhäisen maksun johdosta aiheutunut korko laskutetaan kuukausittain eräpäivästä siihen asti kun maksu on suoritettu. Korko on 3M Euribor (kuun viimeinen päivä) + 1,5 prosenttiyksikköä. Siemeniä ei tule maksaa ennen ensimmäistä tilimaksua, josta velka vähennetään maksusta Viljelijälle. Vähennyksiä Viljelijälle tehtäviin maksuihin tehdään kaikista erääntyneistä veloista Sucrokselle, niin kyseiseltä vuodelta tai aiemmilta vuosilta. Sucros varaa lisäksi oikeuden kuittausvaatimuksiin eri Viljelijänumeroilta, kun (viii) Payment of surplus sugar above 100 % of the Grower’s contract volume; (ix) Sampling fee, cf. clause 21.2 of the IPA; (x) Deduction of 100 % of the contribution to beet growing research activities, SjT. The Grower shall pay foundation p ayment of 5 cent/ton of Clean Beets. Sucros shall transfer a payment of 10 cent to the abovementioned foundation, which includes the amount 5 cent /t of Clean Beets that the Growers have paid out; and (xi) Deduction of 100 % of the collection of the MTK/SLC membership fees. (xii) Deduct the soil freight and grower share of over 160 km clean beet freights. 3. For Delivery Contracts with a variable price option, the Basic price will be adjusted on September 30th following the growing year in question in accordance with clause 10(3) above. Any debts from either Party to the other Party resulting hereof fall due for payment immediately. 4. Self-billing The Parties have agreed that Sucros carries out self-billing on behalf of the Grower. 5. Deliveries (e.g plant protection products, covering material etc.) from Sucros to the Grower are invoiced on a monthly basis and are due for payment on the 15th of the month following the month of invoicing. In the case of late payment, interest will be charged monthly from the due date until payment is received. Interest rate is 3M Euribor (last day of the month) + 1.5% units. Seed shall however not be paid until the first on account payment where the debt will be deducted from the payment to the Grower. Itselaskutus. 6.4.1 Yhteistyökumppani valtuuttaa foodoran laskuttamaan Yhteistyökumppanin puolesta Yhteistyökumppanin antamien Tuotteiden ja palveluiden ostohinnat arvonlisäverolain (1501/1993) mukaisesti. Yhteistyökumppanin katsotaan hyväksyneen foodoran laskun, ellei Yhteistyökumppani kiistä laskua kirjallisesti seitsemän (7) päivän kuluessa sen vastaanottamisesta.
