CUSTOMER Protection. The CUSTOMER agrees that the COMPANY, to protect its rights as well as those of other Customers, verifies, if necessary, the validity of the intracommunity VAT number entered, and / or ensures the accuracy of the information provided by the CUSTOMER, through, for example, questions asked by telephone or email, request of documents, within 72 hours maximum, after which the COMPANY will validate or invalidate access temporarily or permanently in its sole discretion. The CUSTOMER will not hold the COMPANY liable for any consequences that may arise from an ambiguity about its identity.
