Customer shall add Clauses Exemplaires

Customer shall add. Uber (or any Affiliate which may be designated by Uber from time to time) to Customer’s insurance policies required in Sections 8.1 and 8.2 above as an additional insured, and shall, upon Uber’s request, provide Uber with a copy of such insurance certificate(s) within seven (7) days of such request.
