DELIVERY SCHEDULE. ⮚ Seller shall agree to deliver goods in strict conformance to the delivery schedule as it appears on the order. The delivery dates correspond to the arrival of the goods on destination point. ⮚ Unless otherwise agreed by an amendment to the order, no anticipated or late delivery shall be accepted. In case of a delay, an express shipment could be required at Seller’s expense. ⮚ Upon the occurrence of any event beyond the reasonable control of Seller and without any fault or omission from Seller, the delivery schedule could be extended by an amendment. ⮚ SOCIETE AHE INC. reserves the right to cancel any order not delivered at the agreed date upon a formal demand by certified mail with acknowledgement of receipt with no response within 15 days and reserves the right to ask for damages.
