General points. All agreements and contracts of services concluded with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be implemented in conformity with the subject conditions and -ipso facto- commit the client to the adhesion thereto. Kirkpatrick executes its services with due observance of the laws and regulations governing its profession and exercises to the fullest possible extent its professional knowledge and capabilities. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ observes the principle of professional confidentiality and is attentive to any situation involving conflict of interest. The client shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with all information necessary to ensure correct execution of the order. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is bound by agreement to use all necessary means to carry out its assignment, but not to guarantee the result. All communication originating from Kirkpatrick shall be sent to the latest known address of the client. The client is responsible to inform ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of any change of address or of status. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may not be held liable for any loss of rights if it has not been kept duly informed of the changes which have taken place.
