ATC
1. Manufacture Authorization Letter from OEM is required to be submitted confirming that the bidder is authorized to quote their products & it should comply with the requirement as per specifications given in the bid document.
2. The bidder has to upload all documents notarized. Tender shall be considered as invalid if not complied.
3. Technical Specifications Compliance sheet from bidders and giving undertaking that the items to be provided by them comply with the specifications provided in the bid document.
4. The Bidder should not have been debarred / black-listed by any Central / State Government Agency. An undertaking on Rs 300 stamp paper (after bid publish date) by the bidder in this regard to be submitted.
5. The bidder has to upload notarized Annexure 1 attached with this document.
6. The bidder should have office in Gujarat. Relevant documentary evidence to be submitted.
7. The bidder should have PAN, GST Certificate, and ISO Certificate. The bidder should also have to upload twelve months GSTR3B.
8. The bidder should have an annual turnover of at least fifty lakhs. The same should be certified on letterhead of Chartered Account.
9. Valid MSME should be submitted by the bidder.
10. A bidder can be sole proprietary or partnership firm / Private or Public Limited Company or any other legal entity. Valid registration document of the same has to be uploaded. The bidder has to be necessarily registered in India. (Enclosed GST Certificate). Note – Consortium / JV is strictly not allowed.
11. The bidder has to upload two years of Income Tax Returns.
12. Qualified L1 Bidder after receiving Work Order copy from buyer will have to complete Supply and Installation of the products within 45 working days. Installation charges must be borne by the bidder and no additional charges will be provided by the Buyer.
13. The bidders shall provide warranty of products as per attached specifications.
14. Buyer reserves all rights at any time to reject any tender / bid at any stage and/or time fully or partly the whole process and/or for tender and reserves all rights at any time to add, alter, modify, change, edit & delete any condition at any stage and/or time or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or replace fully or partly for whole process and/or for tender or varyall or any of these terms and conditions or replace without assigning any reasons whatsoever. In this regard, the decision of Buyer shall be final and binding on all the participating bidders.
15. The bidders have to provide EMD in the form of DD, in the name of “DEPUTY COLLECTOR VERAVAL (DMF)” at the rate of 3% of the bid value. Those bidders who fail to provide EMD will be disqualified.
16. The Bidders shall upload along with their Bid, the scanned copies of the instrument of their EMD and forward the original EMD at SDM Office,Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Road,Veraval. In a separately sealed envelope clearly mentioning the ‘EMD for Trunet Machine’ on the envelope. However, if the physical original instrument is not received by the Buyer prior to the specified Tender opening date & time, the Bidder shall be treated as invalid/ late tenderer and rejected.
17. Rates should be offered unconditionally as well as inclusive of all taxes. If rates are submitted with any condition, the tender shall be rejected.
18. Bidders must quote rates on the GEM portal. Offer will be rejected if details regarding price bid are mentioned in technical bid.
19. Xxxxxx'x offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates/documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.
