Access to works नमूना खंड

Access to works. The Employer, shall at all reasonable times, have free access to the works and/or to the workshops, factories or other places where materials are lying or from which they are being obtained and the Contractor shall give every facility to the Employer necessary for Inspections and examination and test of the materials and workmanship. No person not authorized by the Employer except the representatives of public authorities shall be allowed on the works at any time.
