Contacting the Bank. 3.21.1. Bidder shall NOT contact the Bank on any matter relating to its Bid, from the time of opening of Bid to the time a communication in writing about its qualification or otherwise received from the Bank. 3.21.2. Any effort by the bidder to influence the bank in its decisions on Bid evaluation, bid comparison may result in the rejection of the Bidder’s Bid. 3.22.
