Contract Document. The terms ‘Contract document’ means the Notice Inviting Tender, Tender form, Instructions to bidders, Special Conditions, General Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Price Schedule and Drawings and Articles of Agreement.
Contract Document. On receipt of work order from the Employer, the successful tenderer shall be bound to implement the contract, and within seven days thereof, he shall sign an agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper of appropriate value. The language in which the contract documents shall be drawn, shall be English.
