Deadline for submission of Bids. 7.9.1. The bids must be received by the Bank at the specified address not later than the date specified in “Critical Information” section. 7.9.2. In the event of the specified date for the submission of bids, being declared a holiday for the Bank, the bids will be received up to the appointed time on the next working day. 7.9.3.
