Common use of Evaluation of Offers Clause in Contracts

Evaluation of Offers. The issuance of RFP document is merely an invitation to offer and must not be construed as any agreement or contract or arrangement nor would it be construed as any investigation or review carried out by a Recipient. The Recipient unconditionally acknowledges by submitting its response to this RFP document that it has not relied on any idea, information, statement, representation, or warranty given in this RFP document.
