Liability to furnish the Information. The Respondent is expected to examine all the instructions, guidelines, terms and conditions and formats in the RfE. Failure to furnish all the necessary information as required by the RfE on submission of a proposal not substantially responsive to all the aspects of the RfE shall be at Respondent’s own risk and may be liable for rejection.
