Additional Information. The Borrower shall supply to the Lender: (a) promptly upon becoming aware of them, details of any event or circumstance which is or may be an Event of Default or which has or may have a Material Adverse Effect, the nature of such an event and all the actions taken or to be taken to remedy it (if any); (b) promptly, details of any decision or event which might affect the organisation, completion or operation of the Operation;
