FSFR Tranche. The Borrower may prepay a FSFR Tranche without indemnity on any relevant Payment Date.
FSFR Tranche. In respect of each Prepayment Amount of a FSFR Tranche, the Borrower shall pay to the Bank on the Prepayment Date an indemnity equal to the present value (as of the Prepayment Date) of the interest that would accrue on the Prepayment Amount over the period from the Prepayment Date to the Maturity Date or Interest Conversion Date, if any, calculated at a rate equal to the excess, if any, of:
