Minimum Interest Rate. The Interest Rate determined in accordance with Clause 4.1.1 (Selection of Interest Rate), regardless of the elected option, shall not be less than zero point twenty-five per cent (0.25%) per annum, notwithstanding any decline in the Interest Rate.
