Common use of Partial invalidity Clause in Contracts

Partial invalidity. If, at any time, a term of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, neither the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement will in any way be affected or impaired.
