PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION. The processing of any personal data collected under the Agreement shall be carried out by the CEB in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Regulation. Any notice (including any document or communication) to be given or made under or in connection with this Agreement to the CEB or the Borrower shall be in writing and unless otherwise stated, may be made by registered letter, electronic mail or facsimile.
