Common use of Contact Persons Clause in Contracts

Contact Persons. Any changes in the data of Contracting Parties recorded in the Company Registry – in particular changes in their seats, representatives, bank account numbers, furthermore, changes in the data of organizations and contact persons to act during the conclusion and performance of the Agreement – shall not be considered as amendments to the Agreement. The Contracting Party concerned shall notify the other Party of the above mentioned changes – depending on the circumstances of the case – in writing, either 10 calendar days prior to or 10 calendar days subsequent to the occurrence (recording) of the change.
