Common use of Data protection Clause in Contracts

Data protection. VIII.1 The detailed provisions on the processing of the Client’s personal data and the Privacy Policy are included in Annex 1. VIII.2 BKK shall process the data provided by the Client in accordance with the GDPR and the provisions of Hungarian law. By accepting these T&C, the Client expressly consents to the processing of his/her data in accordance with the provisions of these T&C and Annex 1.
