Introductory Provisions. BKK Centre for Budapest Transport operates a public bicycle-sharing system in accordance with Act XLI of 2012 on Passenger Transport Services. In order to facilitate and develop cycling, a public bicycle-sharing system (hereinafter referred to as MOL Bubi) has been implemented on the territory of Budapest, which as a form of sustainable public transport accessible to anyone, aims to improve the transport situation in the capital, reduce environmental impact, promote urban cycling and to improve overall transport culture. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as Terms and Conditions or T&C) stipulate the terms and conditions how to use MOL Bubi. Service provision is conditional upon Client’s acceptance of the T&C, including the Privacy Policy (see Annex 1). By accepting the T&C, the Client consents to the transfer of his or her certain personal data in line with the Privacy Policy. The T&C shall be considered general terms and conditions based on section 6 (77) of Act V of 2013 on the Hungarian Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as Civil Code) Book 6, Chapter XV, and shall be handled as such. These Terms and Conditions form an integral and non-separable part of all Long-term Framework Contracts, Pay As You Go Contracts as well as the Rental Contracts to be concluded between BKK and the MOL Bubi User pertaining to the use of MOL Bubi. Neither the Long-term Framework Contract, nor the Pay As You Go Contract, or the Rental Contract may validly be established without the explicit acceptance of the T&C.
